Made it easy to make a claim Especially after a traumatic event
Initially, the service was very poor with no case manager assigned to my case for about two years. However, once Mallory Binks was assigned to my case, she worked hard to ensure that my case could be resolved and supported me to get the best possible outcome. If I could rate Mallory alone, I would give her five starts!

To be honest, pretty poor service at the beginning, passed around a few handlers and had to chase a lot via email and phone, when we eventually got given a handler pretty slow in responding and when I have called and spoke to them made to feel like we were at fault and they were working for the other side, only used them because it was through the insurance - settled the claim but not recieved money yet and although the other side pay their fees do feel they over charge and not good value for money. Would I recommend them - probably not :(

My claim is not as yet resolved but I am very happy with the way Minster law has handled my case. Marie is very helpful and always there when I need assistance. I feel confident that they have my best interests as their main focus with regards to my future and work hard to ensure I get fully compensated for my injuries and losses. 10/10 so far. Thank you.

Terrible service. They do not call or email back. I called multiple times for an update and no update received to this day from Daisy or her supervisor. Been on 2 years with them. They had my final report from the specialist Sept 2024 who stated it was straightforward however the case handler and supervisor are 'reviewing my report'. Apparently it's taking 9 month to review a report! I have formally complained twice who were apologetic, but nothing has changed. No call backs, no updates or explanations absolutely nothing at all from this company unless I chase them and ring and ring. Minister Law are not an honest company. In my complaint the case worker denied me contacting them, however the proof is on my phone that those calls where made and I will be providing the evidence when I take this further. Avoid at all costs. I know the reviews are mixed, it appears that, it depends on who is managing your case and to the type of service you recieve. NEVER AGAIN

What made my experience great? Well the people, I have had multiple handlers over the last 2.5 years but none of which I wouldn't give 5 stars too. Every one of them was polite, informative and always honest with me. Gemma Susca-Lyons was great with liaising with the 3rd party and giving me honest advice when asked. Always kind, helpful and never pushy. Gemma - I wish you the best in future and thankyou for your assistance. I couldn't recommend her enough and the whole team at Minster law. A word of advice to people who are looking to employ the services of these amazing people. Patience is a virtue and respect is free. Trust that the employees as they are great at their jobs.

Accident in November- Still ongoing! Not even at a settlement stage 8 months on! With the amount of commission this company take, you would expect a fast turnaround! I will make sure I never use this company again unless there is a drastic improvement! Slow response/if any to chasing emails and constantly feel fobbed off 19/6 Update Just had, what was quite frankly a baffling unclear settlement figure, but the value is actually laughable after the 6 months of chasing! My time alone is worth more than this figure! AVOID THIS COMPANY
