Made it easy to make a claim Especially after a traumatic event
Initially, the service was very poor with no case manager assigned to my case for about two years. However, once Mallory Binks was assigned to my case, she worked hard to ensure that my case could be resolved and supported me to get the best possible outcome. If I could rate Mallory alone, I would give her five starts!

Been trying to contact someone since September 2024 and still not hurd anything or even got a email back I have tried to contact them and look on ink but still nothing. I did manage to get hold of someone today this is why I am putting this due to my bike insurance is out of the policy date unfortunately this is why they are not doing anything about it even know my clame started November 2023 I have been told my policy is out of date and I can not get nothing or help due to me being out of date how can people be able to keep going I am aware of a good few cases going on that are very much important then mine but some help would work. With me still waiting

Minster Law provided the successful legal support services following a motorcycle accident. The other party had admitted their fault, but Minster Law drove the process for a successful claim, while also organising the ongoing medical service’s that I required.
