Made it easy to make a claim Especially after a traumatic event
Initially, the service was very poor with no case manager assigned to my case for about two years. However, once Mallory Binks was assigned to my case, she worked hard to ensure that my case could be resolved and supported me to get the best possible outcome. If I could rate Mallory alone, I would give her five starts!

Threats to sign paperwork. 3 years and car accident claim not sorted. I have had to report this and may have to go to the police over there written threats. DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY

After a slow start to the claim once Rachel and her team took over my claim things moved smoothly and the claim process was heading in the right direction. There care, communication and drive to get me compensation was second to none. A big thank you to Rachel, Sharan and Sarah.

She was thorough, understanding and extremely helpful and friendly, professional communication and respectful when taking all my details and explaining the procedure and what help I can get with physiotherapy following my accident. Only 1 star as I can’t give it less. This company are useless bordering incompetent. They’ve taken that long I’m assuming the 3rd party thought we’d stopped the claim. 8 months for a completely non fault cut and dry accident. Takes weeks for them to reply to emails, pass you from pillar to post when you call. Worst is as they are no win no fee, they actually class getting your excess back, which your fully entitled and capable of doing yourself, as recoverable losses so will skim 25% off for the trouble. Meaning if Minster law ever actually get my money back, I’ll still be out of pocket to the tune of a couple hundred pounds. Avoid like the plague, worst company I have ever dealt with. Currently speaking to the legal ombudsman to see if there is any merit in taking things further

Absolutely shocking service so far. Constantly fobbed off and told there are staffing issues each time you ring or email to get your claim moving. Been waiting for my calculations and loss of earnings to be reviewed for months now and nothing moves and I have one of the easiest claims ever after being rear ended in October 2024 and the other party has fully accepted liability. The worst thing is I have cancer and having to chase this constantly is seriously hindering my health yet Minster Law do not care. If they do not have enough staff the management need to wake up. If I could go back in time I would never have listened to the AA when they recommended this company. I am almost giving up but why should I? Please don't respond to this by asking me to contact with my reference number. Already contacted several times. I need to focus on my health yet how can I with this constantly hanging over me. They will be the death of me. Avoid at all costs. The reviews on here are not lies

I would like to thank Elliott Coldwell for the professional and efficient handling of my case following a hit and run, with an excellent outcome. Elliott clearly knows what he is doing, put all the right things into place and was always friendly, responsive and kept me informed. My initial experience with Minster Law was negative, being passed around between multiple case handlers who all forgot about me and introduced errors to my file or failed to pass on information at all. However, once Elliott took over, it was smooth sailing. I am glad I took the legal route.
