My Dad cancelled their service due to excessive charges..I agree they were charging too much. Add insult to misery..charged my Dad a 35$ cancelation fee after we returned unit. Be aware of this companies billing etc.

When calling the family, they do not leave a message on the phone to notify them that the alarm has gone off. This has happened twice, I called the number that called me and all I got was that operator #5 was on call and then it hangs up.

I ordered the smart watch 10/30/2024. I received my order conformation email. I have still not received the device for my grandmother. I have call and was told they would call me right back and they never have. I am now on the phone with customer service, and I have been on hold for 53 minuets. I don't think they are ever going to answer. I'm already very sorry that I chose to do business with this company. I really think I have been scammed. They took my money and now they don't want to help me at all. My grandma will be 90 next month. I just wanted some piece of mind. Now I am worried about all the money that I spent and if I will have to do it all over again with another company.

I was very dizzy and the room was spinning. Soon after l pressed my button, the medics arrived. He asked if l could walk. My walker was near my bed so after l walked a bit l was less dizzy and could lay back down

The service is wonderful. Anytime my mother needs them, She knows to push the button or When she fell and was unable to push the button, they called EMS. They also call me so that I know and I can run over to her house or to the hospital which is normally where she ended up being. It was the best investment we ever made. My mother has used her medical alert button several times
I am so disappointed with this company. We have tried three different devices. The second one was working fine, but my mother wanted to try the smartwatch. We received it, but only wore it for 10 minutes because the service (AT&T) did not work in her home so we needed to return it. She is currently using a necklace. I called immediately and returned the watch the next day. We are going on almost 40 days and no refund. I have called more than 5 times and have been given the runaround. They tell me continuously that they will elevate my concern to the refund department. That has done nothing. I have been told I will get a call back with an update. No one calls back. A representative gave me their email. No response back. I was told that they would forward my concern to a supervisor. No call back from a supervisor. The amount of time I have taken from my work day is absurd. This company is not reliable and bordering as a scam. Why does it take this long to receive a refund? It's absolutely unacceptable. I sit here wondering what my next move is. Calling them does nothing. They have their product back, as well as my money. I would definitely avoid this company at all costs...literally!

Everyone was very pleasant but it took forever to answer my call one time.I had to wait thirty minutes and I was on the floor couldn't move And I was really hurting bad. I think you need to get more phone. People to answer phones other than that, they seem to be great.
