Courteous helpers whenever I call. Earlier problems with equipment seems to be better.
You didn't relay the message to Ambulance Medical Alert my wife was screaming with pain from shattering her femur. Took 45 minutes for ALERT TRUCK WITH NO MEDICATION ON BOARD. THEY SAID YOUR END DIDNT SAY IT WAS AN EMERGENCY.
If I could give zero stars I would. I entered into an agreement and paid the fee. Several days passed and the equipment never arrived. I called and they told me it would be 6 weeks because of a suply chain. Obviously I had to cancel, and was promised a refund. We had to hire a different company. Another couple of weeks passed and the refund was still not received. Then, the equipment arrived - 4 weeks after we cancelled the service, and had still not received the refund. This is a dishonest manipulative company. DO NOT do business with them. They will only trick you into paying and then never provide service or equipment.
I like having protection at all times! Which I had to use.

I had to actually push the button twice since I received it. Quick response from person on the other end. And emergency personal was quick to respond
