There seems to be a pattern with Mazuma
There seems to be a pattern with Mazuma. They flagged my review before, so I will just post again as they keep deleting negative comments. They claimed my phone was scratched when they received it. This was utter rubbish as the phone was in a case, had a screen protector from new, was wrapped in bubble wrap, boxed before being put in a padded DPD crate. I took photos of all stages before it was collected and there wasn’t a scratch to be seen. They tried to lowball me with an offer saying the phone was damaged and scratched screen. They sent the photos they claim were of my phone, so I sent those and the ones I took myself beforehand to Trading Standards. I then sent Mazuma the replies from TS saying I had a case, only then was I offered the full amount. Do not use, they are charlatans

Refused to send packaging pack
Tried to sell my phone and wasn't given the option for them to send a free packaging pack. So contacted support and was told that it is a trial but they are still advertising the offer of the Packaging Pack with no message stating the service has been removed. They refused to send me a packaging pack and cancelled my order without my consent. I resent your comment about my attitude to your customer agent, I was expressing my consumer rights as you are false advertising the services you offer.

Git money same day. Mobile was pretty wrecked and they gave me the £55.00 that they said they would . Good service and very quick. From going online to organise it was under a week for money to be paid

Great and speedy service
Great and speedy service. Postage was free i just showed the post office my QR code and they gave a label to stick to my package. I posted my phone which was damaged on Friday afternoon and today I received payment. It is Tuesday today and was a bank holiday so did not expect payment so soon.
