Fast reliable service
Amazing experience, I sent the phone off on Tuesday the 13th and by Thursday the 15th the money was in my account. The full amount that they offered in the first place, they didn’t try to offer a new price, nor negotiate a better settlement. Would definitely recommend!

Used Mizuma before several times before…
Used Mizuma before several times before but have not been impressed with the last 2 transactions. Reduced the value to less than 50% of what was offered. Due to 2 scratches. They offered less than they would offered if the phone wasn't working. Won't using them again, I will try Go Green instead
