Awful experience
Awful experience. Am so glad I took photographs of my phone because they tried to tell me there was issues with the phone that there wasn’t like imaginary deep dents in housing device which didn’t exist! Deep scratches on screen that could be felt with fingers again false.. returned the phone without its original packaging and wires.. read small print before sending anything and make sure you check you phones battery health yourself first and take plenty of photographs. If your device is 1% below the battery health of 80% expect a quarter of what you are originally offered.

Unfair Reduction of Offer Due to Inaccurate Device Assessment
I was initially offered £225 based on the condition I described. However, once my phone was received, I was informed that there were “a few issues” — specifically, that the screen has visible screen burn and that the rear camera has dark spots on the lens. These claims are completely inaccurate. The camera lens may have minor scratches around the edges, but it functions perfectly, and there are no dark spots. In fact, Apple themselves confirmed that there are no issues with the camera whatsoever. Additionally, there are no screen burns present on the device. I am extremely disappointed that the offer has now been reduced to just £85 — a figure that is not only unfair but also unjustified given the actual condition of the phone. I could have accepted Apple’s verified offer of £220 had I not chosen to proceed

Excellent service from Mazuma
Excellent service from Mazuma . After an awful experience with smart cellular and their cowboy tactics it was a breath of fresh air to deal with Mazuma . They made a reasonable offer for my phone , paid for the shipping . I received a email to say they had received it , an hour later the full price was agreed and the money sent straight to my bank . No hassle ,no bartering just an honest service .

Excellent service
I traded in my phone with Mazuma. The price was competitive, but I was worried the offer would subsequently be reduced, which is what I have experienced with other companies. The trade-in was processed the same day it was received and the full price was confirmed. I received the money a couple of hours later. I would definitely recommend Mazuma, based on this experience.

I had another great experience with Mazuma Mobile. I had an estimated payout and delivery bag within a few days. My phone was received within 48 hours and the full payment was in my account. Extremely simple and extremely pleased!

Mazuma are scammers
Mazuma are scammers they offer a price, sent a mint phone that I only used once or twice from a sealed box, they make a excuse saying fake screen lol but it was brand new from apple store reducing offer from 800 to 280 then when i reject the offer then they magically offer another 140 extra which is no way we're near. Even basic carphonewarehouse or cex pays way more. Plus they return phone without box and charger which demoted my price even further when returned. They are thieves for keeping boxes and chargers, even if they dont keep them.they are thieves as they should only chuck the boxes away once order has been confirmed for pay out

Mazuma Mobile Trade-in
The Mazuma Mobile Trade-in process was fast, easy and effortless. The instructions were simple to follow and the trade in price was accurate. I chose for a pre-paid postage label and package to be sent to me and i simply packed the phone as instructed and dropped it off at the post office. I received notification when Mazuma had received my phone and then payment was deposited in my bank account on the same day. Very pleased.

Quick service….little bit of a low offer though
Quick service…. Low ball offer though. New front screen,new battery. May I suggest more sub categories to really get a feel for what you’re buying because damaged doesn’t really cover it,as all it wants is a new back glass. You’ve got a £250 phone there , one hundred pound all day long on eBay secondhand,however I did accept your offer and it is what it is,thank you very much, Service was very professional and very prompt. I will say that no issues there.
