It was fine when my phone got to you
It was fine when my phone got to you. Had 3 arranged pickups but all went to wrong address. So in the end you sent me an envelope to which I sent my phone back. When my phone arrived to you the service was really good and quick. But I suggest you talk to DPD about there drivers. Over all good service I got my money in good time.

Really impressed, Iβve had mixed results experiences selling tech. This was the best by far. Firstly, the options to grade the item make sense. They are descriptive enough to allow you to make a good assessment of the condition and value of your phone. I sent in a badly damaged phone. Totally functional, but rear badly cracked. The price seemed ambitious but it was as honoured without question and the money was in my account that day. My go to from now onπ

Absolute con artists
Absolute con artists, sent of iPhone 13 Pro Max. Fantastic condition. Great offer β¦β¦. But then the fun starts. Apparently phone has deep scratches on screen hmmmmm no it hasnβt !!! Took pics of phone before sent no scratches!!! Also phone was valued at a phone repair shop and is in great condition. Soooo after I receive the disgusting offer I call them to be treated by what only can be described as an extremely rude individual named Joanne. Who then tried to to tell me that they have pictures but then when I said send them me whist on phone β¦. They have to request them apparently. So after I confronted her to say well you just said you have pictures I was then told she didnβt say that and Iβm rude and trying to twist things ( in a tone that sounds like your a teacher telling naughty kids off). Didnβt think she like the fact I said I worked for and with previous the FCA and Financial Ombudsman?? Absolute scam artists !!! Putting complaint in letβs see the pics they send to me. Like they say an offer is too good to be true sometimes, but this lot take the β¦..
