Brilliant experience
What a great experience I had with Sophie at Martyn Gerrard. She couldn't have been more helpful from the moment I spoke to her on the phone when enquiring about a flat to rent.Sophie spent time finding out exactly what we were looking for and came back to me within an hour on What's App with a list of properties we could view, all meeting our criteria.She lined up 6 appointments for us on the same day and met us at the first one.She accompanied us on all the viewings and gave us a really balanced opinion on the pros and cons of each property.By the end of the day we had found a great flat, made an offer which was accepted and completed the paperwork and paid the deposit.After a frustrating week of making enquiries to agents who never got back to me or returned my calls it was so refreshing to deal with Sophie who was professional, efficient and absolutely lovely too.

Good honest team in both sales and lettings
I have been using Martyn Gerrard N8 branch since 1987 for both sales and lettings. They have always been fair and honest but I must particularly give credit to Sales Negotiator Treon Johnson who breaks the stereotype of Estate Agents past. Treon is honest and trustworthy, always putting the client first and for this I thank him personally for exceptional phone manner and kindness.

I wholeheartedly recommend Jatin and the entire team at Martin Gerrard for their exceptional service in assisting us with our home purchase. Throughout the entire process, Jatin showed remarkable patience, dedication, and professionalism. His deep knowledge of the local real estate market was invaluable in finding the perfect home for our family (and it did take a while!).
