Brilliant experience
What a great experience I had with Sophie at Martyn Gerrard. She couldn't have been more helpful from the moment I spoke to her on the phone when enquiring about a flat to rent.Sophie spent time finding out exactly what we were looking for and came back to me within an hour on What's App with a list of properties we could view, all meeting our criteria.She lined up 6 appointments for us on the same day and met us at the first one.She accompanied us on all the viewings and gave us a really balanced opinion on the pros and cons of each property.By the end of the day we had found a great flat, made an offer which was accepted and completed the paperwork and paid the deposit.After a frustrating week of making enquiries to agents who never got back to me or returned my calls it was so refreshing to deal with Sophie who was professional, efficient and absolutely lovely too.

In particular, the manager of North Finchley, Craig Thompkins made all the difference in my understanding of a sincere and truly hard working manager. I never hesitate to recommend them to anybody who wants to buy or sell.

I emailed in an urgent request for an insurance cover amendment and ground rent statement and Sasha was very responsive and professional which proved a welcome change from a number of other managing agents i've dealt with.
