Brilliant experience
What a great experience I had with Sophie at Martyn Gerrard. She couldn't have been more helpful from the moment I spoke to her on the phone when enquiring about a flat to rent.Sophie spent time finding out exactly what we were looking for and came back to me within an hour on What's App with a list of properties we could view, all meeting our criteria.She lined up 6 appointments for us on the same day and met us at the first one.She accompanied us on all the viewings and gave us a really balanced opinion on the pros and cons of each property.By the end of the day we had found a great flat, made an offer which was accepted and completed the paperwork and paid the deposit.After a frustrating week of making enquiries to agents who never got back to me or returned my calls it was so refreshing to deal with Sophie who was professional, efficient and absolutely lovely too.

I have been purchasing my flat using Martin Gerrard Estate Agents. Raphael was the person who was dealing with my case. From the beginning I was up to date will all the information related to the property. The whole experience of buying the property went better than I expected. The agent been very helpful and professional. Even when he was going away there was someone who was helping me until her returns from holiday. Craig and team are great
Dealt with Craig after an initial hickup when it came to purchasing our first home via MG. The property was a full refub job ( was also our first house purchase ) and therefore, required a lot of back and fourth with the owners in order to come to an agreement on the purchase price. Craig and his team did a great job of working with both sides to ensure everyone ended up a fair price. We didnt buy the most expensive house by any stretch but we got the time and consideration you would expect from your agent and then some. Would highly recommend Craig and his team to either list or help you buy a property. Craig - we will see you when its time to sell ;)

We worked with Jatin from the Finchley Central branch to complete the purchase of a property.
