Brilliant experience
What a great experience I had with Sophie at Martyn Gerrard. She couldn't have been more helpful from the moment I spoke to her on the phone when enquiring about a flat to rent.Sophie spent time finding out exactly what we were looking for and came back to me within an hour on What's App with a list of properties we could view, all meeting our criteria.She lined up 6 appointments for us on the same day and met us at the first one.She accompanied us on all the viewings and gave us a really balanced opinion on the pros and cons of each property.By the end of the day we had found a great flat, made an offer which was accepted and completed the paperwork and paid the deposit.After a frustrating week of making enquiries to agents who never got back to me or returned my calls it was so refreshing to deal with Sophie who was professional, efficient and absolutely lovely too.

Sold in just over 2 months
Zlat and Shuhan managed to sell my house in just over 2 months, although I didn't get as much as I would have liked for it, but then my house wasn't in the best condition, so maybe that reflected in the price. Anyway onto pastures new, quicker than expected.

Excellent experience
Canβt recommend the team at Martyn Gerrard North Finchley enough. All the way from first valuation to completion of the sale they have been excellent, extremely clear communication and very responsive, really canβt fault them. The whole team was great but Fatmir dealt with most of the process and was excellent. Proactive, professional and really went above and beyond to ensure we sold out flat in a timely manner.
