Brilliant experience
What a great experience I had with Sophie at Martyn Gerrard. She couldn't have been more helpful from the moment I spoke to her on the phone when enquiring about a flat to rent.Sophie spent time finding out exactly what we were looking for and came back to me within an hour on What's App with a list of properties we could view, all meeting our criteria.She lined up 6 appointments for us on the same day and met us at the first one.She accompanied us on all the viewings and gave us a really balanced opinion on the pros and cons of each property.By the end of the day we had found a great flat, made an offer which was accepted and completed the paperwork and paid the deposit.After a frustrating week of making enquiries to agents who never got back to me or returned my calls it was so refreshing to deal with Sophie who was professional, efficient and absolutely lovely too.

Declan was great!
Declan was great, very informative and gave really useful advice during the sale. Helped my sister and I find our dream property. Even let me know of properties before they came to the market and was always punctual.

Was sold a property by Declan at Whetstone office
I had a good experience buying a house through Martyn Gerrard. Declan at the Whetstone office managed the solicitors on both sides well and was clear and transparent throughout. The IT systems at the company, however, need work. For some technical reason Declan did not receive my emails for 2 months- either there was a problem with the servers, or someone internally had added my name to a block list or something! My advice is to always have multiple channels of communication open.

Very happy with our experience
This is the second time we have used Martyn Gerrard in Barnet. They sold our first house back in 2017 and we were so happy with that experience that we instructed them to sell our current house (October 2023). From the initial valuation visit with Bruvis the whole process has been very straightforward. The team arranged lots of viewings and found us a great buyer. They have been so helpful and efficient and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. I always imagined that selling/buying a property would be very stressful but this has certainly not been the case with Bruvis, Jamie and Anthony.
