Brilliant experience
What a great experience I had with Sophie at Martyn Gerrard. She couldn't have been more helpful from the moment I spoke to her on the phone when enquiring about a flat to rent.Sophie spent time finding out exactly what we were looking for and came back to me within an hour on What's App with a list of properties we could view, all meeting our criteria.She lined up 6 appointments for us on the same day and met us at the first one.She accompanied us on all the viewings and gave us a really balanced opinion on the pros and cons of each property.By the end of the day we had found a great flat, made an offer which was accepted and completed the paperwork and paid the deposit.After a frustrating week of making enquiries to agents who never got back to me or returned my calls it was so refreshing to deal with Sophie who was professional, efficient and absolutely lovely too.

Jay Yildrim at the Mill Hill Office showed me around 4 properties on Saturday afternoon. I was impressed by the way that Jay organised and coordinated these viewings so well. Jay was friendly, professional, had a hugely impressive level of knowledge about each property and couldnβt have been more helpful. We walked to the first 2 properties that were close to the office and then Jay actually drove me to the other two apartments. He even took the trouble to make small detours to show me the general area. Jay is a fantastic ambassador for Martyn Gerrard Estate Agents. 11/10 at least! Thank you Jay for going not just the extra mile, but the extra 10 miles. Extraordinarily excellent customer service and care.

Fatmir was really helpful
Fatmir was the estate agent that showed us around. Following the viewing he followed up but respected the fact we needed to weigh up the property we viewed with him against others in the area. He gave us thinking time but stayed in touch. He later arranged for me to do a second viewing. He was very helpful without. Wing pushy.
