Brilliant experience
What a great experience I had with Sophie at Martyn Gerrard. She couldn't have been more helpful from the moment I spoke to her on the phone when enquiring about a flat to rent.Sophie spent time finding out exactly what we were looking for and came back to me within an hour on What's App with a list of properties we could view, all meeting our criteria.She lined up 6 appointments for us on the same day and met us at the first one.She accompanied us on all the viewings and gave us a really balanced opinion on the pros and cons of each property.By the end of the day we had found a great flat, made an offer which was accepted and completed the paperwork and paid the deposit.After a frustrating week of making enquiries to agents who never got back to me or returned my calls it was so refreshing to deal with Sophie who was professional, efficient and absolutely lovely too.

The Barnet team comprising bruvis, Jamie and anthony (at time of writing) are courteous, professional and friendly. This was a tricky sale due to market conditions but bruvis was a very reassuring presence providing good advice. anthony and Jamie are very enthusiastic when conducting viewings and I was impressed by how persuasive they were about the flat I was selling. But these guys are also very courteous and friendly. I'm a blind person and I found all three very keen to help me when we were setting up the marketing literature and on the one occasion I viewed another Barnet property. Overall, the Barnet office of Martyn Gerrard are a great team to have on your side.
