Brilliant experience
What a great experience I had with Sophie at Martyn Gerrard. She couldn't have been more helpful from the moment I spoke to her on the phone when enquiring about a flat to rent.Sophie spent time finding out exactly what we were looking for and came back to me within an hour on What's App with a list of properties we could view, all meeting our criteria.She lined up 6 appointments for us on the same day and met us at the first one.She accompanied us on all the viewings and gave us a really balanced opinion on the pros and cons of each property.By the end of the day we had found a great flat, made an offer which was accepted and completed the paperwork and paid the deposit.After a frustrating week of making enquiries to agents who never got back to me or returned my calls it was so refreshing to deal with Sophie who was professional, efficient and absolutely lovely too.

As as Landlord Avoid this agent at all cost, or you will be out of pocket. Lots nice lies to get you sucked into their contract, insurance if need will come though regularly if need which means nothing at the end of the day. Do NOT trust their zero deposit with flat fair as it dose not come though with the full amount. I had them Martyn Gerrard manage my property, from the first months the tenant didn't pay this continue until the tenant did a runner before the court date, their efforts to recover this were none exist throughout the time the tenancy /squatting. Yet they were quick to take their fee when the was the rare insurance pay out, that I had to keep chasing because they didn't from their end. When there was issues with the property for maintenance and I asked them to organise a drain engineer, I was told to google it and organise my self as thats all they would be doing. The were late on promised inspections. Very slow at responding to email. All I can say is just dont put your self what I went though and just avoid them

Superb customer service
Titas is an amazing estate agent. Since I only have a short time to view three different properties in the area, Titas plan the best route for the viewing tour and taking consideration of how I was going to leave the area. Very attentive! He was doing his best to get me the offer from the landlord, what a shame the deal didnβt put through in the end. Appreciate his help. Highly recommend this agency to everyone.
