Again same issue with charging me 10 pound for someone else number. i am really unhappy and pissed. every month my 10 pounds goes for some else lyca recharge. Last time i was told that they will stop that auto renewal for that and will initiate the refund. My like number ends 8161 and the recharge is going for i think 6181. please have a look and give my refund back and please stop the auto renewal for that number which i was told they will and it didn’t happen.

Completely useless. Bought an unlimited esim before I travelled to the UK. Installed it using their QR code and got a live sim with no plan or data. Took an entire day to get through to their contact centre to be talked over and down to by their service agent who told me "That eSim will never work" with no apology or explanation why. He cancelled the sim and told me "Just go buy another one". I will pal, but not from Lyca and never again. Totally incompetent. Do yourself a favour and use another provider.
