Bought a 30 days sim card with unlimted data, followed instructions to the letter on how to activate it and did not get the unlimited data. When I contacted support I was told that I should have switched off data before adding the voucher codes and even tough they are not written on the instructions I should have known that I had to switch off data. Very rude customer support agent lady and refused to answer my question on how does she expect anyone to know that they need to switch off mobile data before topping up if it's not written on the instructions.

Stay away from this scamming company! I bought a number and just used it for a short period of time. Turned out they kept charging me, according to some shady term hidden somewhere hidden in the "service agreement" that automatically renews every month by default. Response to the company's reply:. So auto-renewal without letting the user know is for "improving user experience"? Many other users on the internet don't seem to appreciate this "customer experience improvement"
