I have had a terrible experience using Lyca Mobile sim. I specially switched from Lebara to Lyca just to swap it to an eSim and when I go to the Lyca sim swap option it says you have an active port out request. I tried contacting support team but they never reply.. Never go for Lyca guys!

Tragic experience trying to get my pay monthly plan cancelled since 18th February. They just don't reply to emails and the app doesn't work properly. The FAQs are all wrong and provide instructions to cancellation buttons that don't exist. It's cheap for a reason and I say avoid at all costs.
