Something is wrong here. Live chat does not connect to live agent, ordered pay monthly sim on 24-04 yet no sim card in the post at all. Then I tried to order another sim but as eSim and also no delivery. Just emails with contract information however no payment details, credit check on website working in circles without result. LYCA ???

Avoid. Signed up for 24 months, found out after 3 weeks it doesnt do wifi cslling (no mention of that anywhere), so useless for the three main places i use (poor mobile reception). Had to port to another provider just to be able to work snd lyca took £167 from me for “early termination” and their defence is i should have found out myself within the first 14 days Just seen their response. Doesn’t help me in the slightest and can be summarised as “tough luck and we really don't care”

NO Wifi Calling
The SIM arrived in less than two days. That was the only good point. I chose Lyca because you use EE and we needed 'Wifi Prefered' Wifi Calling. Although the settings on the phone say we have Wifi Calling switched on we do not get the icon and we cannot use our phone. We tried the sim in both a Samsung S10+ and a S23, same result. If you cannot support Wifi Calling the tell people up front. Not happy
