30Gb gone in 2 hours?????

I purchased a 60Gb bundle for 30 Day, £15. 2 hours later it was gone! How’s that even possible, I was only watching Sky Go?

Sim card

I purchased a physical SIM card as I needed data for in 3 days I then followed every step they told me to do and 8 would receive data instantly but instead of adding data to my sim they decided to send out a new sim which wouldn’t come until the day I left so I then requested a refund and they didn’t approve of it so now I have a SIM card that I no longer need with my money lost

Great customer service

Great customer service. However, the app wasn't helpful, and I was sent a 6 digit otp when a 4 digit was required, very frustrating, so I had to wait until the next day to fix my problem.

Great price draws you in to no service

ordered and eSim with data and minutes bundle. whilst the number was enabled the minutes and data were not. Was told they would be applied within 24 hours but never happened. Numerous calls to call centre typically greeted with a 'couldn't care' attitude. Online chat simply didn't work either disconnecting or agent just saying 'can you not see my message'. Did eventually receive refund

Shambles of a company

As a deaf person I use non-voice options to communicate. The 'bot, like all 'bots, is entirely useless and email takes weeks to be responded to. This means Lyca is in breach of The Disability Act as they should not expose disabled people to inferior service, which they clearly are. All 3 Direct Debits to pay monthly bills are set up and my kids and I are continually hounded because Lyca are still trying to take from a defunct card. What a shambles!
