30Gb gone in 2 hours?????

I purchased a 60Gb bundle for 30 Day, £15. 2 hours later it was gone! How’s that even possible, I was only watching Sky Go?

Sending bills 7 MONTH AFTER LEAVING

Still sending my wife bills 7 MONTHS AFTER LEAVING ! Wrote a previous review about this and got the reply after i contacted "customer services" 3 months ago that it would be sorted. IT IS NOT !

Horrible

Horrible! I got myself a Lyca SIM last week and as I was trying to create an Amazon account today, it came up as someone has already created an account with this number! This is a serious breach of privacy! Unbelievable. When I called customer service they put me on hold for a long time and when I finally was able to talk to someone they kept saying that they can't hear me and my voice is breaking up (because of bad signal). Honestly, I didn't expect much given this is a low cost service but I didn't expect it to be this bad.

Please cancel my PAYG for 12 months sim and refund me £9. Cos I want to have the Monthly Plan which I found in your app. Yeah your website is rather confusing to show PAYG plan with choices of month

Please be informed that from your website I couldn't find the sim only pay monthly plan but the PAYG with choices of 30days, 12 months and 24 months. So I chose the 12 months one. After I downloaded your App I found that there are choices of PAYG and monthly plans. So I requested to change my order RD:0066005280 to Monthly Plan twice on 23/6/2025 and 24/6/2025. I was told to cancel the PAYG one and will be refunded £9. Then I could choose the monthly plan via the app. Till now I haven't got any acknowledgment nor response. Would you please help! Thanks!
