Appalling customer support
It works ok! Until it doesn’t! then forget it, you ain’t getting through to customer services and when you do they transfer you to the “department you need” they never answer, so save yourself a headache and a few hours of phone rage either go elsewhere or if you’ve already got it give up and go elsewhere, even leaving is a massive headache! Never again

Lot of miss information.
There was some difficulty in establishing what my balance was. Every time I tried to use the phone, you kept repeating yourself there was insufficient fiund. Also you indicated that your are unable to collect around £14 from my credit card. I am worried about these annomolies. Please check and respond.Thank you. Dr Hari Ratnajothi

Hopeless company
There would be hardly any company with such a pathetic customer service. They ruthlessly keep you on hold for hours and eventually no one picks up your call. I have literally held the phone for two hours, twice. There is no way you would be able to cancel your contract once you take this contract. Beware. Do not buy this. Worst company ever. useless people. The first person who answered the call did not even know how to speak English. Then he would transfer the call to nowhere. Literally nowhere. You listen to the crap music for 2 hours leaving all your work aside. Hopeless company. Wowwww... just got the email bounced back that I tried to make a complaint. The email ID given for complaints is fake as well. Rubbish.
