A big thank you to Victor and his team for the level of services I received selling my apartment 3 years ago. It's not just selling a property, it's the after care I have received after 3 years with locating documents after a death in the family and forwarding them in super quick time to the solicitor.For buying and selling property they are professional and go the extra mile for care to the client. We are happy with the service supplied by Lupain estatate agents selling our property, We were able to leave all the details involved in selling a property to Victor, Bernado & the team, while we were in the UK. We only returned to Tererife for the fial sign over, how ever I'm assured that the sign over could have been organised in the UK if necessary

Nous sommes un couple de retraités à la recherche d’un appartement dans le sud de Tenerife, avec des critères très exigeants et la volonté de pouvoir faire de la location courte durée. Milena DAFONSECA , de l’agence Lupain, a parfaitement compris notre demande et nous a accompagné pendant plusieurs mois avec patience, bienveillance et professionnalisme. Elle nous a fait visiter plusieurs appartements avec plaisir, toujours à l’écoute, honnête et sincère. Elle connaît très bien le marché local et nous a informés des évolutions à venir concernant la location saisonnière. Elle parle parfaitement anglais, français et espagnol, ce qui a été un vrai plus. Grâce à elle, nous avons trouvé l’appartement idéal. Un grand merci à Milena, que nous recommandons vivement .M et Mme PLOT

All the staff at Lupain's were very friendly. They dealt with our sale from start to finish & were very helpful. Only observation is that they probably could have had more staff helping on the admin side as they seemed very busy

Just returned from a weeks holiday at the apartment at HG Cristian Sur. Communication was excellent as was the ease of obtaining keys on our arrival. Thank you Ann for your rapid response to my emails.The apartment was modern and spacious and exceptionally clean. The balcony was a welcome relief from the hot sun when we returned from beach around 5 oclock in the afternoons. Location in Los Cristianos was perfect, could walk to many bars and restuarants, and only a 10 minute walk into town and beach. If it had one downside it would be that the bedroom window overlooked the on site bar which could be a little noisy around 11/12pm but not rowdy I might add. TV had Sky as well which was a bonus ! No problems at all with my dealings with Lupain Estate Agents.

Just returned from a holiday rental in Los cristianos and had no complaints about the apartment. Communication before the holiday was fantastic and instruction very clear on key collection etc. Enjoyed so much have booked again for next year.

Careful
It gives me no great pleasure to write this review, but the recent tactics that Lupain employed during the recent sale of my apartment, means that i am compelled to advise people to be wary of using Lupain services. We bought an apartment through them 12 years ago and in April 2017 decided sell, we appointed 3 different agents to sell for us and another agent found the buyer - during the paperwork process we needed paperwork from Lupain that they held from the purchase, after several e-mails backwards and forwards - it became apparent that our paperwork held by Lupain would not be sent us. The reason was that Lupain have a dispute with agent acting for us with the sale, absolutely nothing do with us . But for Lupain to release the paperwork we required, they wanted a 4 figure sum, so effectively our documents were being held to ransom! Thankfully the agent selling on our behalf managed to by pass Lupain with some legal documents and our sale went through. However the manner and the decisions taken by Lupain were staggeringly incorrect and most probably illegal. .We had some unsavory e-mails and a very irate telephone conversation. So be careful.

We would never go near them again
We would never go near them again, tried to sell us a property that was not there's to sell and even worse added 10,000 euros to the price. The vendor knew nothing of this and had not even employed them as an agent. We are taking them to court to recover a 3000 euro deposit we placed with them before we realised they hadn't permission to sell it, the case is being dealt with by our solicitor.

Wir haben Lupain für den Erwerb der Immobilie eine Vollmacht erteilt, alles hat sehr gut funktioniert, Lupain ist vertrauenswürdig. Im Falle eines Verkaufs wäre Lupain wieder unsere erste Wahl. Agent of choice
I have dealt with Lupain as a buyer and seller, the person I bought from wasn't very nice (the review software made me change this), my purchasers were delightful, but this is not a review on them. Whoever you deal with at Lupain are top notch, polite, knowledgeable and nothing is too much trouble. They take everything in their stride, and give the client huge confidence. If I'm selling again this is my agent of choice. Thanks to everyone at Lupain especially Michael, Bernardo and Victor

Holiday in Los Cristianos
We have just returned from a holiday in Cristian Sur Apartments, Los Cristianos. The apartment was very comfortable and in a good position. We couldn't have asked for better. Ann Whitton was extremely helpful, both before we travelled and whilst on holiday. We will certainly be staying there again.
