We would never go near them again, tried to sell us a property that was not there's to sell and even worse added 10,000 euros to the price. The vendor knew nothing of this and had not even employed them as an agent. We are taking them to court to recover a 3000 euro deposit we placed with them before we realised they hadn't permission to sell it, the case is being dealt with by our solicitor.

We had excellent service from Mr Andy Ward of Tenerife Estate Agency who not only was very professional but saved us 10,000euro on what another estate agency was falsely asking. The other agency, Lupain, had no permission to sell the property but falsely claimed they had, even worse, they added 10,000 Euro onto the asking price. The vendor had not employed Lupain and knew nothing of their involvement, it was pure chance we found out the through another agent and who knew Mr Ward. We have an ongoing claim with our solicitor against Lupain to claim back our 3000euro deposit given them.
