It gives me no great pleasure to write this review, but the recent tactics that Lupain employed during the recent sale of my apartment, means that i am compelled to advise people to be wary of using Lupain services. We bought an apartment through them 12 years ago and in April 2017 decided sell, we appointed 3 different agents to sell for us and another agent found the buyer - during the paperwork process we needed paperwork from Lupain that they held from the purchase, after several e-mails backwards and forwards - it became apparent that our paperwork held by Lupain would not be sent us. The reason was that Lupain have a dispute with agent acting for us with the sale, absolutely nothing do with us . But for Lupain to release the paperwork we required, they wanted a 4 figure sum, so effectively our documents were being held to ransom! Thankfully the agent selling on our behalf managed to by pass Lupain with some legal documents and our sale went through. However the manner and the decisions taken by Lupain were staggeringly incorrect and most probably illegal. .We had some unsavory e-mails and a very irate telephone conversation. So be careful.
