A big thank you to Victor and his team for the level of services I received selling my apartment 3 years ago. It's not just selling a property, it's the after care I have received after 3 years with locating documents after a death in the family and forwarding them in super quick time to the solicitor.For buying and selling property they are professional and go the extra mile for care to the client. We are happy with the service supplied by Lupain estatate agents selling our property, We were able to leave all the details involved in selling a property to Victor, Bernado & the team, while we were in the UK. We only returned to Tererife for the fial sign over, how ever I'm assured that the sign over could have been organised in the UK if necessary

Nous sommes un couple de retraités à la recherche d’un appartement dans le sud de Tenerife, avec des critères très exigeants et la volonté de pouvoir faire de la location courte durée. Milena DAFONSECA , de l’agence Lupain, a parfaitement compris notre demande et nous a accompagné pendant plusieurs mois avec patience, bienveillance et professionnalisme. Elle nous a fait visiter plusieurs appartements avec plaisir, toujours à l’écoute, honnête et sincère. Elle connaît très bien le marché local et nous a informés des évolutions à venir concernant la location saisonnière. Elle parle parfaitement anglais, français et espagnol, ce qui a été un vrai plus. Grâce à elle, nous avons trouvé l’appartement idéal. Un grand merci à Milena, que nous recommandons vivement .M et Mme PLOT

nice studio en El Dorado
we had very nice studio en El Dorado Playa de las Americas! 8th floor and nice view at the sea. Everything was as told and as on the pictures, no traps. Even without asking they sent me a map to get there in e-mail. next time i book, first i will check this estate first because we loved it so much. Great experience purchasing apartment
We purchased an apartment in Golf del Sur through Lupain . Choosing Lupain was a very positive experience . Bernardo assisted my son purchasing his first apartment , he walked us through all the steps , he was very friendly and reliable and showed us around with great patience . I would definitely recommend this agency for anyone looking to buy a home .

We have rented the townhouse in Los Corales in Los Cristianos on a number of occasions now and we have never been disappointed. Our family love how spacious it is and that we can all come on holiday as a family and stay so close by to everything. The owners have always been so friendly and helpful and nothing is ever too much for them. Unlike other holiday rentals this is now a place that will always be remembered…In April 2016 while at the townhouse my boyfriend proposed on the roof terrace. This was so special and couldn’t have happened in a better place. Every time we book, we are all so excited to be spending our holiday in a place that we love!
