A big thank you to Victor and his team for the level of services I received selling my apartment 3 years ago. It's not just selling a property, it's the after care I have received after 3 years with locating documents after a death in the family and forwarding them in super quick time to the solicitor.For buying and selling property they are professional and go the extra mile for care to the client. We are happy with the service supplied by Lupain estatate agents selling our property, We were able to leave all the details involved in selling a property to Victor, Bernado & the team, while we were in the UK. We only returned to Tererife for the fial sign over, how ever I'm assured that the sign over could have been organised in the UK if necessary

Nous sommes un couple de retraités à la recherche d’un appartement dans le sud de Tenerife, avec des critères très exigeants et la volonté de pouvoir faire de la location courte durée. Milena DAFONSECA , de l’agence Lupain, a parfaitement compris notre demande et nous a accompagné pendant plusieurs mois avec patience, bienveillance et professionnalisme. Elle nous a fait visiter plusieurs appartements avec plaisir, toujours à l’écoute, honnête et sincère. Elle connaît très bien le marché local et nous a informés des évolutions à venir concernant la location saisonnière. Elle parle parfaitement anglais, français et espagnol, ce qui a été un vrai plus. Grâce à elle, nous avons trouvé l’appartement idéal. Un grand merci à Milena, que nous recommandons vivement .M et Mme PLOT

Excellent service from Ann from start…
Excellent service from Ann from start to finish. Very straight forward company to deal with. We rented El Mirador for 2 weeks,very relaxing. Would highly recommend this company, nice dealing with Ann who really cares for her clients. Well done Ann your a Star.

Fun in the Sun - Ron and Su
We rented apartments in El Mirador and Cristian Sur over period of 28 nights. We rate the prior arrangements and customer care to be efficient, organised and overall excellent. In the Lupain office, Ann is very supportive, helpful and friendly to the rental clients and we look forward to returning next year.

First time using Lupain in relation to…Letting
First time using Lupain in relation to a holiday let and had no problems. Any queries were generally dealt with efficiently and promptly. The property was as described although not all bedrooms were 'spacious'. The second double room was a little small but adequate. The property was very clean and very well equipped. The communal pool was not heated and was too cold for us to use. Our breakage deposit was returned quite quickly. Would have no problem using Lupain again.

Io e mio marito abbiamo acquistato un immobile con la assistenza della Signora Milena di Lupain Property. Ci siamo trovati molto bene, Milena ci ha accompagnato dalla scelta dello immobile fino al momento del rogito con competenza, cortesia e professionalita. Anche il Signor Bernardo, responsabile della parte amministrativa su e’ mostrato serio e competente .

Nous étions à la recherche d'un appartement à Playa de las Americas,j'ai donc contacté plusieures agences sur internet .Quelques une nous ont répondu et proposé des biens mais une seule à été vraiment à notre écoute ,c'est l'agence LUPAIN . Nous avons été aidé par MILENA qui à rapidement compris et trouvé un appartement qui correspondait à nos attentes et notre budget. Elle nous à aidé dès notre arrivée et nous à consacré des journées entières pour faire toutes les démarches jusqu'à la signature chez le notaire. Cela nous à beaucoups aidé d'avoir une personne de confiance qui répond toujours à vos mail et à vos appels et qui ne compte pas ses heures pour vous aider.
