Placed my order for service and never received the unit. After calling numerous times and getting the runaround, I had to do a bank dispute. Very poor service.

The people that I talked to were very helpful and patient when I called more than once when making the decision as to what medical alert company would be best for my husband. The amount of information on the internet was overwhelming and it has be difficult determining what I need to do for my husband who has been experiencing falls.
