Good service
Frankie was very informative. I felt he had a genuine interest in my mom’s health and situation and recommended all options that met our needs. He was not pushy or focused on “hard selling me” or scaring me into a decision. He presented the choices and helped me make an informed decision on which device to order. He had a calm and caring demeanor and you could really tell he believed in the product as well as the company. My overall experience was great and at a time I really needed things to go smoothly. Talking on the telephone was very helpful and easy
My name is Paul. I placed the order for my friend Ken. Maria was our service person & she told me there wouldn't be trouble transferring it to his account. But today we tried to activate it, and it was one disaster after another. And most of the customer service representatives we spoke to were hard for us to understand because of their accents.
Mr. Dolan was polite. He answered all my questions with patience.

Everyone I spoke with was helpful and gave me information that helped me select the right product. I am a user and my elderly father has been falling and he lives alone. I am handicapped and live 4 hours from him. We selected the Fall Detection unit.

Thomas was a big help explaining the product and getting me set up. This is one of the few (only?) companies that allows you to choose the first contact phone number instead of automatically calling emergency services, which is what we needed.
Agent Maria was my first contact. She was hospitable, knowledgeable,informative and made understanding the full function and benefit of the unit inviting. When I returned the call to purchase the unit, Frank completed the transaction. I was satisfied with his further information. I told him Maria did the work for him. I insisted he get her a bouquet of flowers. Make sure he does. I was pleased with the professionalism and I look forward to a good relationship.
