I disliked the fact that the pricing seemed contrived. She asked me what I had already been told and said great, that’s what we’ll do. Seemed like I could have quotes any price and it makes me wonder if I’m truly getting a good deal. This will work for now but I will continue to look around.
Initial call was with Maria, VERY helpful, answered all our questions. After research, called back to order and spoke with Frankie, who was as equally helpful and make the process easy. This is a big decision for my parents, and you guys made it comfortable and easy.
