I wanted to change my mobile plan so I called up customer service at Lebara. I spoke to Anurag Tripathi who did an amazing job and gave me a better plan that I was hoping for and gave a full refund of my previous plan. This is the type of customer service you dream of from any company. I am just awed by the care they show to their clients.

I'm in France bued 3GB spend money didn't haven't internet with rouming .Called Lebara couldn't helping fir internet or back return money cancell transactions .Disapointed service

Just increased our data by nearly 3x for just over £1 a month. Great network with excellent customer service. Just been on chat with Raunak who was friendly, extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

Overall a good experience with very affordable plans. In the end I decided to stick with my giffgaff monthly plan instead for three reasons: when the plan runs out it defaults to an exorbitantly expensive rate of 93£/GB. giffgaff just defaults to no data with the option to start the next plan early, no risk of running into exorbitant costs on accident I received a lot of spam mail and SMS from Lebara. giffgaff never sends me spam. slightly worse reception than with giffgaff, in some places I had no good connection while the giffgaff SIM was working

not been phone or computer literate Aayesha was very patient indeed did not actually fix the problem but hopefully set me on the right track to try later or at least have someone do it for me with the information she gave me UPDATE i did find someone who understood the information i was given and knew how to apply it it worked again i want to say thankyou the issue was not solved by me at the time solely because i am clueless when it comes to phones and tech in general the support from labara was quick and very patient with a numpty

I have been with lebara for some time now over 3 years, I am writing this report to highlight how poor Lebara perform when you have issues. I have been receiving poor Data connection at best for some time now, I phone lebara and was told it would be investigated and someone would call me within 72 hours. Firstly 72 hours is a ridiculous time to respond , but that 72 has passed and still no phone call, I even rang back today to express how dissatisfied I was with service and was told after much complaining that I would receive a call within 2 hours, which has now passed. Basically what I’m trying to say is you don’t know how good a company is until you have issues, and they have been useless at best so cheap is not always best. It’s now 17.43 and still no reply from lebara and when I just rang them they have the cheek to tell me I will raise a complaint and it will be dealt with in guess what 48-72 hours. What a joke company people take you’re money and buy a Sim with a company who cares about this customers
