I wanted to change my mobile plan so I called up customer service at Lebara. I spoke to Anurag Tripathi who did an amazing job and gave me a better plan that I was hoping for and gave a full refund of my previous plan. This is the type of customer service you dream of from any company. I am just awed by the care they show to their clients.

I'm in France bued 3GB spend money didn't haven't internet with rouming .Called Lebara couldn't helping fir internet or back return money cancell transactions .Disapointed service

I been recently in Spain , I didn’t have signal at all , I couldn’t call use the internet in the middle of the city , imagine if I had a emergency,I contact the customer service so many times and their reply”,that I have to do the setting for internet “ literally they don’t wanna see the real problem that I didn’t have signal at all abroad .This is third time or more when I tell them I don’t have signal abroad and nobody is trying to improve something . You should do better lebara and improve your connection

I joined Lebara because they had an amazing £1 per month offer on moneysavingexpert.com for first seven months. The sim arrived within two days. The process was very easy in downloading the app and entering my information on it. When I wanted to port over my old number, Lebara staff were very helpful very polite and particularly patient because I made a couple of mistakes that took some time for me to correct. The signal in my area is pretty good, five bars, I look forward to using the sim and saving lots of money.
