Really helpful service
I wanted to change my mobile plan so I called up customer service at Lebara. I spoke to Anurag Tripathi who did an amazing job and gave me a better plan that I was hoping for and gave a full refund of my previous plan. This is the type of customer service you dream of from any company. I am just awed by the care they show to their clients.

I'm in France bued 3GB spend money didn't haven't internet with rouming .Called Lebara couldn't helping fir internet or back return money cancell transactions .Disapointed service

Absolutely awful service, no managers available to deal with ongoing problem of no coverage and calls keep dropping. Will get a call back when available, they don’t really care. Stay clear its awful customer service. This has been going on for seven days now, i received one call he said ill call you back in one minute, 15 minutes later called but would not speak, playing silly games. There totally useless. Reporting to Ofcom.

Having been pushed across to EE from Plusnet, whilst EE were fine their roaming charges were reduculous so, while away in Portugal and following a friend's recommendation I switched to Lebara. EE weren't particularly helpful during the switch I have to say but Lebara have been great so far. SIM arrived very promptly and the porting process was very efficient. Signal not fantastic where I live but, frankly, I've yet to find a Company that is out of Three, O2, EE, and others. I have already recommended Lebara to friends based on costs and service to date.

Alina gave me quick, responsive unfussy support with my needs. I needed a refund (as I'd changed plans and just paid for the previous one). They told me they could help, then requested the refund and told me how long it would take. Got to a human easily and fast, and once there, they were great.
