Lebara useless at best go elsewhere
I have been with lebara for some time now over 3 years, I am writing this report to highlight how poor Lebara perform when you have issues. I have been receiving poor Data connection at best for some time now, I phone lebara and was told it would be investigated and someone would call me within 72 hours. Firstly 72 hours is a ridiculous time to respond , but that 72 has passed and still no phone call, I even rang back today to express how dissatisfied I was with service and was told after much complaining that I would receive a call within 2 hours, which has now passed. Basically what I’m trying to say is you don’t know how good a company is until you have issues, and they have been useless at best so cheap is not always best. It’s now 17.43 and still no reply from lebara and when I just rang them they have the cheek to tell me I will raise a complaint and it will be dealt with in guess what 48-72 hours. What a joke company people take you’re money and buy a Sim with a company who cares about this customers
