Really helpful service
I wanted to change my mobile plan so I called up customer service at Lebara. I spoke to Anurag Tripathi who did an amazing job and gave me a better plan that I was hoping for and gave a full refund of my previous plan. This is the type of customer service you dream of from any company. I am just awed by the care they show to their clients.

I'm in France bued 3GB spend money didn't haven't internet with rouming .Called Lebara couldn't helping fir internet or back return money cancell transactions .Disapointed service

Neha was so helpful and polite to help me with my email address and my password. I had no stress talking to her and she’s a very good advisor. I’m a custom care officer as well and she’s doing very well. I don’t think there’s anything else that she could’ve done, she was polite as well thank you.

Mayur was very helpful. Went above and beyond to help me and resolved my issue. Without his help my 90 year old mother would have been unable to use her phone when travelling to family in the United States

Wellafter assurances of help ASAP from a previous TP review whilst stranded in Australia still not a word from Lebara. After days of trying to fix the issue myself evenually on my 4th chat someone tell me there are currently known service issues in Australia . So the truth at last ! The previous 3 operator told me it was my fault ! now in Fiji with a working phone with still no contact from Lebara . Lost 4 days of my bolt on . Guess I’ve not got a hope of getting that back and not prepared to waste my life trying ! MORAL OF THIS STORY .. Lebara customer service is appalling , when it all goes wrong and you desperately need your phone they couldn’t give a damm , lie and fob you off.

The chat facility that Lebara has and the knowledge of the agent got me out of worry. Not only my replacement was sorted but also the way for it plus I learned that Lebara offer far more better deals. I am seriously thinking of transferring my other number to Lebara.

I just received the most unbelievable and kindest support I’ve ever had from a customer service representative Yogiraj at Lebara. I made a mistake and needed to top up bit added credit instead of a bolt on. Yogiraj Changed this for me without any question even being at a higher cost, Such amazing customer service,‘I’m actually shocked.. bless You all at Lebara 🙏🏼
