I wanted to change my mobile plan so I called up customer service at Lebara. I spoke to Anurag Tripathi who did an amazing job and gave me a better plan that I was hoping for and gave a full refund of my previous plan. This is the type of customer service you dream of from any company. I am just awed by the care they show to their clients.

I'm in France bued 3GB spend money didn't haven't internet with rouming .Called Lebara couldn't helping fir internet or back return money cancell transactions .Disapointed service

Been with lebara for over three years . Had an issue last week where we could not make or receive phone calls in the wr10 area also had no 4g. Did contact them but their response was that they were doing maintenance and would be fixed within 24 to 48 hrs but this was a problem from Monday to Friday. Since then we have moved to a different network provide with a better / cheaper package .

After three weeks following my sim jacking incident I still have not got my number back I have serious concerns as to data protection with lebara as in my case their duty of care has failed and their inaction after the event shows I can not trust them. Still waiting for my number to be returned a few days off a month, they have email and other contact numbers but Lebara have failed to complete any action, it seems the only action remaining is wait until 8 weeks and report to the ombudsman.
