mobile plan
I wanted to change my mobile plan so I called up customer service at Lebara. I spoke to Anurag Tripathi who did an amazing job and gave me a better plan that I was hoping for and gave a full refund of my previous plan. This is the type of customer service you dream of from any company. I am just awed by the care they show to their clients.

I'm in France bued 3GB spend money didn't haven't internet with rouming .Called Lebara couldn't helping fir internet or back return money cancell transactions .Disapointed service

I wanted to disconnect Lebara about a month ago.. so I texted Lebara saying this. But it didn't get disconnected and sent an email of the next month's bill of 10 pounds. And then I did the live chat with Mr. Shubham Suryawanshi. And he helped me get disconnected with Lebara.. thanks to him.
