I booked a free course with Flexible Learning by mistake, realising almost immediately that it wasn’t the right level for me. I contacted them the very next day to cancel — before accessing any materials or participating in anything — only to be told I’d be charged a £125 “admin fee” to cancel. While I understand there was a clause about this fee for non-completion, it’s completely unreasonable to enforce it when the course was clearly booked in error and cancellation was requested promptly. I didn’t benefit from the course in any way, and yet they’re still demanding payment. Worse still, the course was advertised as free, but this cancellation charge wasn’t made clear upfront. It feels misleading and unfair — and their refusal to show any flexibility or understanding shows a complete lack of customer care. I would not recommend Flexible Learning to anyone based on this experience. If you make an honest mistake, don’t expect any compassion — just a bill.
My tutor was amazing, patient and knew how to teach! my mental health was not grate when I started but my manager and tutor was amazing and so supportive, I finished level 2 hair dressing and am now onto level 3 and honestly loving it. Definitely recommend! well definitely recommend the camden branch all tutors are amazing kind and patient but in a constructive way. Had the best experience in level 2 hairdressing.
Easy to use, all information you need is provided. Lots of payment methods

If you are thinking of doing a required qualification for your workplace, then avoid this company at all costs. I’m am currently now 4 weeks away from a year of completion with yet still no certification to offer my employer. This is despite numerous calls and emails via the learning provider and the college they align with. I have had nothing but excuses, with no follow ups, and months of no contact by them. I then re initiate contact, only to be offered more excuses followed by no further updates or contact. I have now unfortunately come to the realization that I have wasted a whole year of hard work and study. Followed by another year of chasing my qualification. I feel sorry for my tutor who was fanatic in supporting my studies and trying to chase my qualification through the organization. If your looking to expand your training and qualifications, then look for a professional training provider not the Learning Curve Group.

I have recently completed a Disability Awareness for Taxi Drivers with LCG. Purchasing the course was relatively easy, though for the cost I must admit it seemed rather lacklustre. Providing I have paid such a cost, I would have expected the course to be user friendly and easy to access. Having completed the course, and with my newfound knowledge on various disabilities, I find myself pondering how someone with a learning disability may struggle to access the course. I certainly found it hard; in order to access the course, one follows a link from an induction email, which takes you to a webpage with another link to copy into your browser. Unfortunately I was unable to copy this link, and when copying the link verbatim manually, I reached a “page not found” message. Only after my 24 year old son attempted numerous methods to access the course was I able to begin. It strikes me that the link could be emailed to me, or could be included in a hyperlink so that one can jump straight to the course. I will not need to renew my training until next year, though I will very seriously consider whether LCG will be the provider I choose, or whether I shall opt for one of the other providers my licensing area works with.

The course is very in depth, assignments were not easy towards the end. It is best to use grammarly as spelling and grammar can cause re-subs. As I am more hands on I found the course a little difficult. But a good course.
