Extremely Disappointed with their Unfair Practices
I booked a free course with Flexible Learning by mistake, realising almost immediately that it wasn’t the right level for me. I contacted them the very next day to cancel — before accessing any materials or participating in anything — only to be told I’d be charged a £125 “admin fee” to cancel. While I understand there was a clause about this fee for non-completion, it’s completely unreasonable to enforce it when the course was clearly booked in error and cancellation was requested promptly. I didn’t benefit from the course in any way, and yet they’re still demanding payment. Worse still, the course was advertised as free, but this cancellation charge wasn’t made clear upfront. It feels misleading and unfair — and their refusal to show any flexibility or understanding shows a complete lack of customer care. I would not recommend Flexible Learning to anyone based on this experience. If you make an honest mistake, don’t expect any compassion — just a bill.
Amazing
My tutor was amazing, patient and knew how to teach! my mental health was not grate when I started but my manager and tutor was amazing and so supportive, I finished level 2 hair dressing and am now onto level 3 and honestly loving it. Definitely recommend! well definitely recommend the camden branch all tutors are amazing kind and patient but in a constructive way. Had the best experience in level 2 hairdressing.

I’ve had an amazing experience with the Learning Curve Group.They have been extremely supportive throughout my whole course and have always been ready to help at all times. My tutors have been exceptional especially Vickie.They have always been open to helping me whenever I needed help and support. The layout of the course was so simple and easy especially for those who may not be as confident with working online. They allowed me to really feel dedicated and motivated to complete my course to the best of my ability allowing me to have a better exposure and better insight to children and their young minds. This course not only allowed me to feel more confident in my knowledge for young children but also helped me to develop my real life understanding of society and how differing things can affect children. I am very grateful for choosing this learning agency and couldn’t recommend and thank everyone enough.
