Extremely Disappointed with their Unfair Practices
I booked a free course with Flexible Learning by mistake, realising almost immediately that it wasn’t the right level for me. I contacted them the very next day to cancel — before accessing any materials or participating in anything — only to be told I’d be charged a £125 “admin fee” to cancel. While I understand there was a clause about this fee for non-completion, it’s completely unreasonable to enforce it when the course was clearly booked in error and cancellation was requested promptly. I didn’t benefit from the course in any way, and yet they’re still demanding payment. Worse still, the course was advertised as free, but this cancellation charge wasn’t made clear upfront. It feels misleading and unfair — and their refusal to show any flexibility or understanding shows a complete lack of customer care. I would not recommend Flexible Learning to anyone based on this experience. If you make an honest mistake, don’t expect any compassion — just a bill.
Amazing
My tutor was amazing, patient and knew how to teach! my mental health was not grate when I started but my manager and tutor was amazing and so supportive, I finished level 2 hair dressing and am now onto level 3 and honestly loving it. Definitely recommend! well definitely recommend the camden branch all tutors are amazing kind and patient but in a constructive way. Had the best experience in level 2 hairdressing.

Excellent and supportive Education deliverer
The subject was really well researched, illustrated and documented. It was easy to progress with the course, with supporting administrators to handle any changes to timelines. I’ve completed my level 2 cybersecurity certificate recently and my journey has been very smooth. The books provided are very easy to understand and I love the format of the tests. The tutor feedbacks post assessments are very encouraging and helps to understand any topic more better. Very polite administration and prompt replies to any queries. A very valuable and self-growth experience
At the beginning I found it hard to understand the system and doing the course work on your own feels quite lonely at times. However, my tutor was excellent, she would reply right away to my emails and she was always very encouraging and kind. Excellent Understanding Autism Course
The course was much longer than others that I have completed with Learning Curve, but I learnt so much from it. I have been able to put my new understanding of autism into practise and it has helped me to improve in certain areas of my work.
