Excellent water softener system
Salesman came explained everything especially how our water would improve with the new softener system. He was right the water is clear taking a shower notice a big difference in the water quality!

Salesman came explained everything especially how our water would improve with the new softener system. He was right the water is clear taking a shower notice a big difference in the water quality!
We wanted a salt free water treatment system to replace our old iron buster and water softener. We were very pleased with the thorough analysis of our well water and the professional installation of the new system.
Salesman was very knowledgeable and presentation was very informative. Did not bad mouth the competition. Installer was very efficient, knowledgeable and left the work place as he found it.
Our salesman Joseph was cordial and didn’t give us the high pressure sales pitch. We were quoted a fair price and the installer that came out did a good job and made it look good for us. We had our softener installed on Saturday and we now have soft water two days later. We are happy with Leaf so far!
Installation of the RO system was fast and our service tech Nimo was courteous and arrived early for our appointment. I would have liked it if our sales rep could have provided the maintenance/filter costs in writing instead of just verbally. Overall cost was about twice doing it ourselves, which seems reasonable. Water tastes the same as with other RO systems.
Brian the sales rep was professional and friendly with a lot of knowledge. Spence on the install was great, professional, and efficient.
The installer was on time and very professional and courteous. He explained about the softener and the timer.

Get an outstanding job very clean installation
I didn't get past the sales guy. When he was testing the water my son asked a technical question about his equipment, he clearly didn't know the answer and rather than just saying so or saying he'd get to him with an answer he got seriously defensive, argumentive and was instantly angry, Then he couldn't get the cover back on the crawl space so he walked away from it. He tested my water pressure and told me me it was at 26 psi and he couldn't do anything for me until I fixed it. So $150 later I was told they didn't know what he was talking about, that I had 60psi. I sent the sales guy a note of thanks and he lost it again, telling me everything he'd done for me, which was actually his job. He took the pressure on a twin out door spigot without making sure the other was fully off. I won't do business a company that sends a hot head to my home. This is a very shortened version. It was crazy. I should publish the text conversation.

We had a great experience from the start. From getting a call from my inquiry, to Seth coming out and explaining things from start to finish, to the amazingly quick turn around for install. As a new home owner, this is a great example of how things should be. Special thanks to Seth for all his work!
Our installation process did not include a new spigot faucet, but we were charged for it. We also did not need the wall drilled in the garage, but we were charged for it. I have not received a completed invoice for the sale either. Our salesman was fantastic, but our installation technician not so much. It was difficult to communicate with him since he couldn't speak good english. We did not receive a manual for the water softner that was installed. We did receive a manual for the Osmosis system. How are we supposed to know how to take care of the water softner? If the power goes out and we need to reprogram the unit we have zero instructions. A manual in the hands is the best option. I should not have to pull it off of the internet! We have no idea how much and how often to add salt to the unit. We have zero clarity on these units. For the amount of money I spent I would expect better service.
The system seems to be working well but my husband is less than pleased that during install, they dumped the water from our old system and killed a large portion of our grass. It’s going to take a lot to get the soil in that area to grow anything again.
First off, I was not told that the installers are subcontractors. The tech showed up on time and was very professional and friendly, but as the job progressed he did not have all the tools and materials needed to secure the plastic pipes to the wall. In the end he left it incomplete as I said I would get the materials to do it myself. Craftsmanship was sup par. I would've given a 5 star if install was better because we're very happy with the quality of the products (softener & carbon filter) as our water is excellent now.
