I gave Leafhome water three stars for a few reasons. I would have given 5 stars but there’s a problem at my home water system. I have had this system for going on 3 yrs now. First year it worked great no problems but 2nd year tanks were falling over due to sloppy install. After numerous phone calls and a few arguments it finally was fixed by the company. Then, after a few months things went really bad. Water was cloudy, then brown and air pumped in the lines. Robert wouldn’t call about it because of the battle getting previous service done so I, Crissy, had to take over the calls. After my call, ( one call) Leafhome came out and told me it was the well the problem so I had my well looked at so the well man blames the system. So I call Leafhome back. To make a long story shortened Leafhome gave me a new system which we were greatly happy and thought this would solve to problem!! NOPE. I was so disappointed because the system is still pumping air in the lines and brine tank still keeps same salt after many months. 6x calling Leafhome solutions NO ONE has called me back. Said they did but claim my voicemail is full??? No answer??? Aweful funny that they called before and came out but now my voicemail is full?? Hmmm. I need a callback… please l…would help to know this issue is fixed so this system doesn’t go bad again. Thanks Crissy Auburndale Fl

Rep told me it has a lifetime transferable warranty, turns out it is a 7 year warranty. Was promised a SimpliSafe system, still have not received. System works good but there are cheaper options.

This is a great company. Rob Cunningham was the sales rep. He was on time, very professional, tested my water, and explained everything about the equipment. Luis Garcia came three days later and installed the equipment. He also was on time, and a real craftsman! Very skilled, attention to detail, personable, and did a great job with the installation and explaining everything I needed to know. I highly recommend this company and these people. If you need water conditioning equipment, they’re the ones to call.

I had a water system installed a year ago and the product is amazing .Jerry Schumpert came out today for maintenance and the service with this company is amazing and Jerry is extremely knowledgeable . I highly recommend this company.

Good and prompt service

Rating of 4 stars given in the spirit of "alls well that ends well." We experienced several installation issues which after several calls and a second installation have been successfully resolved. Best news is that the system is giving us cleaner water and we appreciate the final product.
