The sales rep was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of our questions. The installation was scheduled and completed within a week and the installer worked quickly and efficiently. Everyone we dealt with was courteous and friendly so the customer service has been great so far. We are happy with the results, even though it has only been a few days there is a noticeable improvement in the rust removal which is our main concern.

First of all I would expect great service since I just spent 10k for a water filtration system. I call them to schedule a visit to why the salt wasn't cycling, they schedule for a Saturday. When Saturday arrived I wasted almost half of my day waiting on them,so when I called they told me it was schedule during the upcoming week. So after that no one reached out to me at all. Finally after a few weeks a technician called me out of the blue stating that he was in route, but I told him not to come since the system started to cycle the salt again. If I would of known I would of never would have bought the system from this company.

Installation process was well organized and carried out in a stright forward manner. Equipment positioning was neat and orderly. Equipment usage was explained.

What made our experience great was the two people from Leaf that we interacted with. First there was Ross Cathie, who did a fantastic job of explaining how this addition would improve the system we had and then he was able to make it all come togetherwith straight talk with no BS and them showed us how it was going to work. The installer, Roger Whiting, was unbelievable. Roger called 35 minutes before he was scheduled to ask if was OK to come by 30 minutes early so he could get started and of course I said great. He said it would take a little less than two hours to do the entire install. When he got here he explained what he was going to do and I asked ifI could watch him work and he said no problem. He said what he was doing as he worked on it and explained why. One hour and forty five minutes later he was done. Very competent and very professional. To say we are pleased is an understatement. Thank you Ross and Roger and, Leaf thank you for sending the "A" Team.

Salesman and Installer were friendly & extremely knowledgeable. They returned my calls when I had a minor issue. The product is functioning as intended so far.

Are you kidding. Install was terrible. Leaks everywhere. In the laundry room and under the sink. I've already given this review. Steve called us and didn't make good on anything. Installer left a terrible mess and stold parts from the previous system. I will tell everyone I know. We have alot of iron in this area. Don't bother us. My husband just had open heart surgery. Your company has been so stressful.

Tony, the installer called to let us know when he would arrive. He was efficient, neat and answered all of our questions. He was very pleasant to deal with. Whatever you are paying him, it's not enough. Great job, Tony!!!

Never a response from maintenance staff. Product has broken multiple times resulting in thousands of dollars in water bills. Nobody at this company cares! Awful experience after being promised a great product and care .

We are very pleased with our Leaf home water solutions. Our service tech, Victor Brown was thorough in explaining the system to us and answered all of our questions. Very pleased with the overall experience.

This company comes out higher to others. Try to get price down with haggling. Sales guy was just okay. I felt rushed through the presentation. No follow up or anything after the system was installed. The installers were great! Explained the whole process to me. They left the basement cleaner than what it was. They showed me how to use the system. No leaks as of right now.
