LEAF HOME WATER SOLUTIONS did an awesome job in helping me find the perfect filters for my home. The sales tech took an hour to explain why it is essential to have filters in your home. The water test demonstration is what convinced me to get the water filters that was best suited for my home and at the best price possible. The best part was that the filter installation tech was able to install them on the same day. Awesome. I am one happy customer. Now I won't have the NASTY CHEMICALS found in city water and enjoy good tasting coffee every morning.

The company seems to be hiring good honest workers who treat the customers well and with respect.Toni was a nice respectful young man that did his job well and explained what was expected of the owner and the company.

The service person was knowledgeable he had to run the water line a different way so that it flowed easy he can prepared to do the job it only been two weeks and I'm still researching all that the company does will rate them later. Thank tou

I thought both the salesman and the installer were great guys. The only reason for a four over a five at this time is when the salesman was shown the area where the unit would be installed, I said I was concerned with the tight fit it would be. He sent the area measurement to the company to verify that the unit would fit. Once the salesman determined what I needed, he verified it would fit. They told him it would. When the installer was finished, he had me peek around the corner to see it. I did not notice how close it was installed next to my furnace. Should I need a furnace repair, the repairman could not access the furnace. I have a call into service to address the situation. Also, my installer dumped my old salt pellets on my lawn, which will kill it! I'm not happy with that. For the most part, depending on the outcome of the service getting back with me.

I would click a zero if an option for this trash lying scumbag worthless companies sleazy incompentent salesman and support staff-not any better just jerks wanting to charge to fix what they broke/caused. Day of install complete sh_t show all sink/faucets and toilets plugged along with shower valve wasted due to trash product and incompetent company making changes to peoples homes. I was left at end of the early evening with a homestead without flowing water and had to try and clear out myself no offer of hotel stay until we make it right as trash company just o well we will get to it later. then changed original filter with another one same thing again plugged all my utilities especially washing machine. After being denied rightfully so full refund they did not honor for they have none! Trash company tried to charge me for an additional post filter of there garbage over priced charcoal filter to catch small chunks of activated charcoal and I said no obviously, and they finally installed at no cost. Water pressure is minimal now after Trash companies product was installed and have now what was promised to be a hands off system for clean healthier water I now have a pressure regulator I paid for from first incident and also have to change the post filter once it gets plugged from there garbage water filer with charcoal. The cherry on top is after 1 year of regret I reached out not them of course because they are trash company to schedule annual service which sales person stated multiple times is included in the price for lifetime investment of having water tested and system checked annually in included in price of $3400-hands off turn key water filter system only charge in future would be replacement of actual charcoal canister tank which I was told would last several years, but at 1 year use I had to reach out and schedule an appointment for the yearly service and they told me there would be a $150 service charge. This company needs to be sued out of business period!

Getting safe water to drink is extra important when u just have ur aorta valve replaced n cannot get any bacteria to it. My doublel total knee replacements that I've had since April/Oct 2018 cannot be subjected to bacteria either. Bacteria is a human killer. I've come 67 years into the future n would like to stay around, healthy.
