Just had my yearly water softener service and the service technician, Anthony, was phenomenal. I have a large amount of iron in my well water and had given up hope of finding a water softner that truly fixed the problem, but Anthony was able to optimize the settings and fix the issues I was having. He definitely knows his stuff!

Tony was great! The install went smoothly and he answered any questions that I had on the new system.

Lindsy in the Cleveland, OH office is awesome! This is our second Leaf product (Leaf Filter too) and they make it easy. Great customer service.

Just installed today. I'm impressed with communication, punctuality, and friendly customer service by Roger in sales as well as Kenneth who did a really clean install. I'll update this review after using it for awhile.

Everything about this experience was awesome. The salesperson, knew her product and explained everything and Alex the installer did a great job, very effiencent, clean and explained everything to us. We would recommend this company and installer to everyone.

BJ the absolute best technician on installation and information we could have asked for. Very clean install and he was very accommodating to all my questions since I am a first time water purification system purchaser.

Got my unit installed today. It was much bigger than originally discussed. My water pressure is pretty much cut in half. Tried to call the service tech. No one picks up. You have to leave a message. Not a good experience whatsoever.

Babe Bird was very professional. He did a great job and we would have never known he did work in the house. He cleaned up everything and left everything and left the house how he found it.

Derrick (Sales Rep) came to our appointment and was super knowlegeable and helpful and after a question and answer session, I agreed to have a system installed. This was on a Tuesday and we were scheduled for Installation Friday of the same week. The following day they called and set up for Thursday. The installation went flawlessly and Matt (Installer) and his son were very professional and answered all my questions about the operations of the unit. Thank you gentlemen .

The sales pitch was a bit strange like the old vacuum cleaner guys. But polite & smart about the water conditioners and the explanation of features/benefits. Connor installed our units next business day. He was considerate and knowledgeable but had to admit he had the wrong unit installed. He quickly made it right two days later. We appreciated his honesty since we may not have noticed it was a smaller unit than we purchased.

Steve P installed UV system in garage, water filtration above refrig, and RO system under sink. He explained the ins and outs of the system and how to replace cartridges so everything go smoothly in replacing He did a wonderful job! Highly recommend!! Thank you for great service!

Harold was very efficient, explained the system, asked if I had any questions.

CJ was the sales guy that came out. His knowledge was substantial, and he told us only what we needed, not the extras. He was patient, kind and professional. CJ has followed up a few times since install to ensure we are satisfied 100%. We have already noticed a difference in hair and skin dryness, and the taste of the water is better. On top of that, our neighborhood community had issues with "smelly water" and our home did not because of this system. Chris was our installer. He installed everything very neatly, and professionally. He walked us through the entire system. How the bypass works, who to call with issues, and explained what we may experience for the first few days after install. Everything was stress free and we'd recommend this system and these two specifically to anyone.

We were in search of a water system for our home. I saw an add for a low salt solution water treatment system. I called and they came out the next day. Mark the man who came out was great. He was knowledgeable and new his stuff. We bought the softner and the tank that takes the chemicals out of our water. The man that came to install the system the following day was great. My basement was as clean as it had been before he came. He explained everything about the system. Our water is so soft and clean. I would really recommend this company and this system.

Our service tech Paul from Gourmet was professional, knowledgeable & on point with the installation of our system. He explained every detail & gave us “white glove” service with the installation & care that he showed & presented for installation. Mike the sales rep was also very nice, knowledgeable & offered us discounts based on what was available & applicable! I look forward to my whole house filtration system making a difference in my showering & drinking water!
