The estate agents at keenans were incompetent luddites who slowed down our process of buying a house immensely and almsot caused the entire sale to fall through. They took forever to respond to e-mails (if they ever even did), ignored questions and left out key information, delayed passing time sensitive information from the sellers to us, and overally made the experience a nightmare
There is now a ninth access request so far this year this time for a house inspection. I can't work at my career/ job. Then as i'm tidying up for a house inspection they send me a a rent invoice even though i paid my rent three weeks early. They have toxicated my e mail inbox. And i can't work due to never ending access requests. There e mails to me are horrible.
The viewing team is really good and at the start they make you feel like buying from them is a good idea But once you have the bid accepted it comes a different ball game. Rat like pushy and people who don't work in the local branches take over. I wouldn't deal with them buying or selling When I sold my home they priced it higher than expected but couldn't sell it for months on end. Lowering the price and taking a large cut. They did not keep me up to date with the guy buying it even tho they had contacted to try and let me know about works and negotiations
Keenan’s have been brilliant. Harry, Jack, Sam and all the team have been amazing from day one. Nothing was too much trouble for them, they just get the job done. Thank you all for being so lovely and professional. Caroline Corteen

Terrible agents Was told I’d had three viewings in a week ..... but they didn’t have a key ! When pressed said two hadn’t showed up and one didn’t like it from the outside . Then another supposed viewing ..... no appointment booked So in short not to be trusted

I arranged a viewing for a property several days prior as I’m a clinician and having to take time out of work to view. I called up on the day to confirm and was told it was not booked. Apparently they had tried to “call” me but must have taken the wrong number down. Next appointment offered was a week later. I have seen all this before. It stinks of unprofessionalism and incompetence. Would tread carefully with this company.

We used Keenans estate agents to sell a house following a bereavement. They have been efficient, supportive and kept us fully informed throughout the sale. Keenans are reasonably priced too. I would definitely recommend the company.

Swinton branch were amazing from valuation, viewings and the progression. All the staff couldn’t do enough to help. Reading some of the comments left by others I guess there’s just no pleasing some folk? Would recommend to anyone in the area who’s thinking of selling.

If I could give 0 stars I would! What an absolute shambles of an 'Estate agent' nobody seems to have a clue what they're doing. If you're lucky enough to speak to somebody (or unlucky enough) don't expect literally any level of competence or customer service. 'Manger' doesn't care if sales fall through, Sales progression have no idea where sales are up to, and negotiators couldn't negotiate a p!ss up in a brewery.

If you are thinking of using this company to sell or buy a house, id think again! absolute shambles of a company 'we try harder' they say but dont seem to care if house's fall through near to completion. This is the disappointment you will receive.

My experience of Keenans was very poor. Right from the start the Burnley branch didn't have much info on the property they were selling. I quickly gave up on them and went to speak to the property owner myself about it. We struck up a deal between us, but everytime Keenans got involved it just went downhill. The staff were evasive, they lied and were sometimes aggressive. All phone calls are vetted by the receptionist so if anyone there doesn't want to talk to you they just don't answer the phone or make excuses why they can't speak to you. If you want to speak to someone just lie about who you are and you'll get put through. We had a much better experience with Yopa.
