The estate agents at keenans were incompetent luddites who slowed down our process of buying a house immensely and almsot caused the entire sale to fall through. They took forever to respond to e-mails (if they ever even did), ignored questions and left out key information, delayed passing time sensitive information from the sellers to us, and overally made the experience a nightmare
There is now a ninth access request so far this year this time for a house inspection. I can't work at my career/ job. Then as i'm tidying up for a house inspection they send me a a rent invoice even though i paid my rent three weeks early. They have toxicated my e mail inbox. And i can't work due to never ending access requests. There e mails to me are horrible.
The viewing team is really good and at the start they make you feel like buying from them is a good idea But once you have the bid accepted it comes a different ball game. Rat like pushy and people who don't work in the local branches take over. I wouldn't deal with them buying or selling When I sold my home they priced it higher than expected but couldn't sell it for months on end. Lowering the price and taking a large cut. They did not keep me up to date with the guy buying it even tho they had contacted to try and let me know about works and negotiations
Keenan’s have been brilliant. Harry, Jack, Sam and all the team have been amazing from day one. Nothing was too much trouble for them, they just get the job done. Thank you all for being so lovely and professional. Caroline Corteen

We have dealt with Abigail at the Bury office Apart from being a lovely friendly person, she has updated us throughout by phone and email. Anything we have requested from her has been dealt with in a timely manner. She was very professional but also had a lovely personality The process so far has been very transparent I would have no issues recommending Abi and Keenan’s if you’re thinking about selling/ buying your home

Racist when picking buyers. They pick the white man over a coloured man. Gave an offer higher than the other buyer and apparently vendor is happy with other person. Absolute lies. Rang multiple each time increasing offer. Even when offer was higher they didn't accept. We should not be giving this estate agents business. It's clearly for white people. Blackburn branch is terrible. Manager Jonathan a total fool. We know how estar agents work, you aren't fooling anyone. Going against legal laws. Will be taking further action. Enough is enough.

Fergus from Keenans Rossendale has been very helpful in trying to find me my forever home. He has been warm and pleasant adding a little humour to each viewing, whilst remaining professional and honest. I have recently acquired the services of Keenan's Estate Agents to manage a property for me. Although it is early days, they have swiftly completed a full report and given tremendous feedback on the property with detailed photos. They are punctual, swift at dealing with issues and they call you back!!! Nothing seems to be a problem to them and I feel as if I am in good hands. Thank you especially to both Callum and Simon, who have restored my faith in letting/management agents in Bury!

My property was undervalued by £10000- £15000. The argument behind it, which was to get more people through the door, was more to have a quick turnaround and get a commission. We spent 2 years renovating our property and had we agreed with them, we would have lost massively and couldn't have been able to afford our next property. By law, estate agent should be advertising their fee inclusive of VAT. The agent kept the VAT hidden until when the paper had to be signed, only to be shocked by an extra 20%. The first visit was filled with marketing tricks and fake offers which turned out to be higher than other agencies.

Totally unhinged behaviour from estate agent. who will remain unnamed. We made the mistake of getting Keenans to value our home. Not only did they greatly undervalue it, when we declined their services, the young man who valued our house turned up, on our doorstep at 9 am the next morning demanding an explanation. (His expectations were managed during his valuation. I had told him we had three others in mind). That morning, my husband answered the door, the agent in question didn't introduce himself, but asked if i was there. As I had managed the valuation my husband didn't know who he was. To make matters worse, when my husband told the agent that he was going to go in the house and ask me, the agent tried to step into the house, uninvited.... Causing my husband to put his hand out to stop him from entering our home. I declined to speak with the young man, so my husband dealt with him. The agent grilled him on why we didn't pick Keenans and who we had gone with instead -- poo-pooing our choice. For context we ended up selling our home for £40k more than Keenans valued it for, it sold within three weeks of being on the market. And we sold it for free on an online portal.

I would not hesitate in using Keenans to sell any property.Nikki has been more then helpful and has provided an excellent service .The team have all acted professionally and efficiently and they have been, a pleasure to deal with nothing is to much trouble .
