I cannot give more than 5 stars so 5 stars it is! I wasn't sure which size due to my shape so contacted using the form. Within a very short space of time I had a very friendly, detailed and helpful response. I ordered the size suggested and...wow! The item is really well made - stunning actually - and fitted incredibly well. Absolutely adore it! I will defintiely be using Kate's Clothing again - often ;) Quick delivery with protective packaging too. Absolutely recommend!

Absolutely incredible

What can I say, absolutely fantastic. I’ve been ordering for years and Kate has always been so kind and patient with any questions i’ve had. The one return I did (wrong size for me) was seamless and easy. I had bought a belt months ago and a stud came loose (I wear it every day and haven’t been gentle with it so it was not surprising) , Kate was quick to respond and sent me out a replacement not once but TWICE!! Honestly what stellar customer service. All of the items are such good quality and I’m definitely a loyal customer for life. Also subscribe to the email list, her sales and discount codes are top notch and NO spam!! 10/10 Kate should be glowing with pride over her buisness.

This company is brilliant and I would highly recommend them. I recently had a few times that had arrived faulty/damaged and Kate's clothing sorted this so quickly and I received replacement items the next day. Have placed a few orders from this company and the customer service is awesome.

A+ great online store.

I'm about due a new order from Kate's clothing soon I think, I have ordered several times before, everything came as expected, and on time or early, quality fabrics, nice fitting, nice feeling and gorgeous clothes, I've even had friends who aren't usually in toy goth thing tell me how great some things I have had from here look.

Phenomenal

In these increasingly uncertain times I would like to give a massive shout out to everyone at Kate's Clothing. They are a small company that do beautiful clothes and I spend a lot of time perving over their website. Having received my beautiful dress I noticed that the side seam had a split in it. This is not a huge problem as I can fix it myself but I thought I would let the company know in case it was an issue with their stock. Today I received 2 e-mails and a phone call from the lovely Hahn (one of the owners), and she said that as I was happy to fix it myself would I like to use the BOGOF offer that I had missed AND have an extra thank you gift too! So I am now getting another new dress and a couple of pieces of make up too. This really is phenomenal customer service. She would have been completely within her rights to say "You are probably too big for the dress, step away from the Wotsits fatty" and "Read the website properly if you want the freebie". Instead she made contact and made me feel like a thoroughly appreciated customer. This is the sort of thing that results in serious customer loyalty. We are too quick to complain about crappy service; it takes no time to give big praise for excellent service. Be it in a shop, a website or a healthcare professional. Say thank you to people. You might just make their day.

I still have a dress a bought about 16…

I still have a dress a bought about 16 years ago from Kate’s Clothing when they had their own range, and now I still buy the various brands they stock. Their sales are awesome value, their customer service is excellent and their shipping is lightning fast. A brilliant independent retailer who fully deserves your cash!

I πŸ–€ Kate's Clothing

I've purchased from this site a couple of times now and it's fantastic, great selection of different alt brands and bloody fast delivery. Only thing I can say bad is the brand Punk Rave seems to run very small πŸ˜”. With killstar I buy a XL (uk14) and I've still got some room with Punk Rave a XL (which according to the website is a uk16) is uncomfortably tight and literally just fits. But that's Punk Rave's Fault not Kate's Clothing so 5 stars 😊
